📞 Customer Follow-up — How do I add a customer?

Open the app and tap the "+ Add Customer" button. Fill in the customer's name, ID, phone number, follow-up frequency, items they usually order, and any notes. Tap Save and they'll appear in your dashboard.

📞 Customer Follow-up — How does the follow-up frequency work?

Set a frequency in months and days (e.g. 1 month + 15 days). After you log a call, the app automatically calculates the next due date based on that frequency. You'll see overdue and upcoming calls on your dashboard.

📞 Customer Follow-up — Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to the cloud or any server. Your customer information stays private and secure on your phone or computer.

📞 Customer Follow-up — How do I log a call?

Find the customer in your dashboard or customer list, tap "Log Call", add optional notes about what was discussed, then tap "Mark as Called Today". The next follow-up date resets automatically.

🔔 Why am I not getting notifications?

Make sure you've allowed notifications for the app in your phone's Settings. On iPhone go to Settings → Customer Follow-up → Notifications and enable them. On Android go to Settings → Apps → Customer Follow-up → Notifications.
